I've been a born-again, Spirit filled Christian for 25 years now. Despite the fact that I didn't understand half of what he said. It appeared to be a truck load of free range cow manure. (excuse my southern please) Sometimes you just have to stand for something, if you don't, you'll fall for anything. That appears to be the author's problem here.

I do not agree with Sen. Obama's stance on abortion, and I continue to question who is really behind his rush to fame and power, but Sen. McCain has in no way made a slam dunk when it comes to the platform he has put forward. Basically, if Sen. Obama had an epiphany and suddenly became pro-life, his platform would be the most attractive. (During the VP Debate Sen. Biden affirmed that both he and Sen. Obama are against same-sex marriage.) Many times in recent weeks I've heard it said that Sen. McCain needs to tailor his campaign to address in detail the issues that really matter to Americans right now--the economy, health care, education, etc., but he seems determined to stay his current course. Considering all this, I fully understand why an Evangelical would contemplate voting for Obama. I think it is becoming abundantly clear that if Sen. McCain doesn't begin to focus on these pertinent issues instead of launching wild accusations at Sen. Obama, he will lose this election.

I'm sorry, I can't imagine Richard Cizik having any more influence on Evangelical Americans as Jim Tonkowich. Crosswalk, why don't you just put "WE HATE OBAMA(aka SATAN) - WE LOVE JOHN MCCAIN (aka GOD'S PROPHET)" all over your website and be done with it? Geez!!
