Politicians claim green jobs will stimulate economic recovery. People shouldn’t worry if they lose their old jobs, because there will be plenty of green jobs for them.

Here are the facts. A new study by an economics professor in Madrid says Spanish government spending on green energy has, on average, destroyed 2.2 jobs for every green-collar job it creates. This is coupled with the U.S. Energy Information Administration report that Spain’s carbon emissions have increased by nearly 50 percent since its push for green jobs.

The institute says the Obama administration, which often cites Spain as an example, is charting a similar course of economic destruction.

Will any of this matter? Would it change the minds of leftists should incontrovertible evidence prove that global warming is a fiction and, in fact, the earth is going through a cooling period? Would it? Most likely it would not because the hoax is perpetrated in order for government to gain more control over our lives and destroy our liberties.
