You have here a list of a Biblical perspectives on marriage or, rather, a perspective on marriage reading into bibilical passages. What you don't have here is a verse which definitively states that marriage is necessary or is required in order to "reflect" God, or to "reproduce," or to be a witness.

Also, your use of John 13:35 if misleading. The verse does talk about being a witness but that is through the actions which actually lower the individual whereas you are using marriage as a soap-box; that is, you are using it to exalt the individual to demonstrate their worthiness.

I know there are rules regarding who can be married, what to do with non-virgin women when they wed, divorce and so on. But these only pertain to those who get married or are married. I want to know where the verses are which refer to the actual requirement and need for marriage.

Inferences and assumptions are not helpful when discussing with someone who does not believe.
