I am drained. I heard this song in church a few weeks ago. I stood there crying. Thought it was an old hymn I handn't heard before. I emailed the music ministy (I had been visiting this church) searched my own hymnal and Needed to find this song and most especially the lyrics.I finally got the service program with the hymns sung that week and started going on line to search for the song. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Keith and Stuart. A search led me to a video site with "In Christ Alone" interview and video. To which I cried uncontrolabley ... AGAIN! I believe, with all my heart that God is talking to me through this wonderful song. It has touched me like nothing I can describe. The article helped me even more to know where Stuarts heart was in writing the lyrics to a really great melody. They needed each other, music and lyrics, to make such a powerful song.
