CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS CALL ALL OF GOOD WILL: Captain Ed has officially declared January 12th "CQ World Relief Day" he is challenging bloggers to spread the news and he is challenging individual readers to donate the equivalent of their take home pay for that one day and to donate it to WorldVision.

Captain Ed seems to be willing to step forward in a way that is consistent with the compassionate principle he believes in and writes about year round.
