Successful "Big Lie" Tactics on Schwarzenegger

After five (5) days of “front page stories” on the Sacramento Bee, (placed above the fold three days in a row, and during the tragic helicopter crash for the Country Sheriff’s Department), the MSM and the Union Muscle (not to mention the campaign of Democrat State Senator Jackie Speier for Lt Governor) have created another “Big Lie” premise.

Here are the results of this "Big Lie" Tactic:

  • A majority of supplements are bad, and a some are very dangerous.

  • Supplements are the equal to steroids for today’s high school student-athlete.

  • Supplement companies are players in the Capitol, but public employee unions are not.

  • Supplement Companies are players, but...Trial Lawyers are not, CCPOA is not, State Workers are not, California Teacher's Union is not, California Nurses Union is not.

  • Arnold was making millions off of supplement ads alone.

  • Arnold was showing favoritism with the supplement legislation veto last year.

  • It is a conflict of interest to have the Gov making outside income from evil private sector.

  • To relate to the people of California, you cannot be ‘connected’ to corporations for profit.

  • Perception is reality, forget the facts, the Gov has been favoring supps that kill people.

  • Receiving money from business is worse than money from public employee unions.

  • You can only be ‘given’ to contributor, if the donation comes from the private sector.

  • A deal with a muscle media publication is a threat to the governor’s creditability.

  • Everything Arnold does is news because of his popularity, so when the MSM gripes, cancel whatever the media doesn’t like, or whatever the unions are targeting – to save face.

  • Friday’s cancellation with the pubs is a sign that the governor is finally getting it, the majority party is in bed with the MSM, and the unions of this state…what they fabricate become the gospel. No investigation required.

Where were these front page stories when Governor Gray Davis was vetoing legislation to regulate Metabolife and Ephedra, two 'supplement companies' that contributed heavily to his campaigns?

Amazing how well oiled the MSM and the Democrat Party can be when it serves both of their interests.
