The misguided daytime curfew motion in Roseville went down to defeat last night, thanks in part to the many RealTalk listeners who e-mailed, phoned or arrived in person at the Council chambers to oppose this misguided, unconstitutional overreach by the city. More on this victory for the civil rights of parents and students can be heard on the show tonight, when guest Karen England from CRI shares the story.
