Thanks to all of my listeners who appeared before or emailed the Roseville City Council yesterday. Because of your efforts, we tasted victory...
The misguided daytime curfew motion in Roseville went down to defeat last night, thanks in part to the many RealTalk listeners who e-mailed, phoned or arrived in person at the Council chambers to oppose this misguided, unconstitutional overreach by the city. More on this victory for the civil rights of parents and students can be heard on the show tonight, when guest Karen England from CRI shares the story.
Also tonight, Chris Kempling joins me from Canada to tell his story of persecution and job loss for speaking up as a Christian against the now legalized trend to same-sex-marriage in his province. It;s a frightening story of California's possible unpleasant future for people of faith, if the same-sex crusaders get thier legislative way. Chris is the real life face of the fallout of the gay movement. Join us tonight.
Joe Pursch is heard nightly on AM 710 KFIA from 5-7PM PST, streamed live on the Internet at www.kfia.com .
