'Prop 77' Tossed Off the Ballot by Judge

Sacramento judge  has determined that Prop 77 should be tossed off of the November election ballot. Judge Gail Ohanesian stated that she believe the mishap was an accident, but a violation none the less, and like she did with State Senator Tom McClintock's voter pamphlet application during the recall election, she stuck to her guns and refused the initiative from the Fall election ballot.

During the recall election in 2003, McClintock's campaign team made a 'mistake', and forgot to check two boxes for his statewide application for the voter pamphlet - it was a slight oversight - yet, Judge Ohanesian said a 'rule is a rule'...the same sediments offered from her bench today in Sacramento.

This makes for THREE, the Schwarzenegger 'reform initiatives' to be "tampered" with by Attorney General Bill Lockyer. During an April appearance in Los Angeles, Lockyer spoke at the Democrat Convention and took credit for the removing of the "pension reform initiative" from the ballot. Lockyer has also changed the name of the "Live Within Your Means" initiative, to "School Funding, Education Budget".

Today, Lockyer was successful again at refusing 950,000 petition signers their desire to place on the ballot a re-districting initiative that would change the way Californian's vote on statewide districts during elections.

As AG Lockyer continues to "host" an anti-American, anti-military art exhibit inside of his DOJ office complex, he plays partisan politics with the ballot and the votes of the California citizens.

When will the first investigation begin surrounding Bill Lockyer's office?

Tomorrow morning we will have People's Advocate Ted Costa, and California Fair District's Chairman Bill Mundell during the 6AM hour. Make sure to tune in early, to hear the next step in the appeal process for the Prop 77 proponents.
