I know there's a calling that God has for me, to use my gifts and abilities.I have tried to hang my hat on Ecc. 3:13 "find satisfaction in all his toil - this is the gift of God." But i've been struggling for that for over 8yrs& nothing but lost dreams. But in that process I have sacrificed my family and my health. The reason is that I've been struggling with the need for achievement. Yes even though there is a job that matches me at this time it seems God is teaching to Trust seek Him&learn patience. Lean not on my own understanding. That is more important to God than my happiness at a job. Be content in all circmstancs Seek first kingdom of God and all else will be given to you. This seems evident to me because I have been putting myself and my desires first. I was striving after what I thought was a need (to have significance thru achievement). But now that I've hit bottom and quit struggling, I have more peace and know that my signficance comes from being created&loved by God.
