PETA SHOCKER IN TIMES SQUARE: Does enforcement of decency laws mean anything anymore?
Yesterday, as you can see, in the middle of the busiest intersection of New York's busy metro area, PETA continued its "East Coast Live Make Out" campaign. While the lesbian make out session attracted the lowest scum from the city - cameras in hand - it does nothing to make a point on substance.
But my major question - where is the NYPD. Girls in lingerie doing this in public is not sanctioned under New York city code. Where are the beat cops putting a stop to it? Where are the phone calls to city hall?
