BLACK POPULATION DISAPPEARING: Sam Roberts in today's NYTimes takes a look at the curious trend - African Americans are disappearing from the nation's biggest - most diverse city.
Roberts lists several reasons, and they all seem plausible. American born blacks migrating south in search of lower costs of living. Some are relocating to other large black population cities like Chicago and Detroit. Fewer black immigrants moving into the area...
One very curious piece of the research that missing - the effect of Planned Parenthood clinics being on nearly every street corner in the prominently black areas of the greater New York Metro. How many children did PP target to kill, and end up convincing scared black women into taking the lives of?
It's an ugly question. It's certainly one that PLANNED PARENTHOOD doesn't one to give an answer for, but it is important to point out that it no doubt DOES play a role in the shrinkage of the population!
