JUST THE STATS: As the bellacose rumblings of the arrogant leaders of Monday's upcoming work stoppage continue to be belched across the newspapers, well to say the least, its really starting to bug me.

Its one thing for the little gentle ladies to call my radio show and sing me some sob story about how bad life was and how grateful they are to be here and what a blessing America has been for them. I mean if you hear that story a few dozen times you'd really have to look like a terribly mean son of a gun to hold your ground on thinking that America should protect its borders.

Of course there are the friends like Eli who call in as well and become indignant over whether Jesus would kick people out of the country or not. And as we all know this is a fallacious argument. Jesus' position on the matter would be - we are to obey the human law - in as much as it does not violate the greater moral laws that God has established. Checkmate Amigo.

But when you come across the cold hard truth about the effects of Illegal Aliens and what they are doing in the United States - clarity is no longer a problem...

From the researchers at the Los Angeles Times:

40 percent of all workers are working for cash and not paying taxes. Why would they want to be legal and pay taxes? They would be able to start bringing the rest of their families to the USA.

75 percent of people on L.A.'s most-wanted list are illegal aliens.

Over two-thirds of all births are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by the taxpayers.

Nearly 25 percent of all inmates in California detention centers are here illegally.

Over 300,000 illegals are living in garages.

The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegals from south of the border.

Nearly 60 percent of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

Of the 10 million people in Los Angeles County, 5.1 million speak English and 3.9 million speak Spanish.

21 radio stations in Los Angeles are Spanish speaking.

Less than 2 percent of illegals are picking crops but 29 percent are on welfare.

Over 70 percent of the U.S. annual population growth (over 90 percent of California, Florida and New York) are from immigration.

29 percent of inmates in the federal prisons are illegal aliens.
