But I believe there is a more compelling reason to believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God. It is found in Matthew 5:18-19 when Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. Here, Jesus lets us know what He believes about the Bible.

It was going to be another 300 years approximately before the bible as we know was going to be compiled. Paul was yet to write his letters, the gospels had not been written etc.
The bible is unlikely to be "the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God" because there are errors in it. A simple search with google will give you plenty of lists to look at. The argument that the bible is the word of God because it says so is a circular or self referencing argument. People that use the bible in the way that the article suggests are open to self deception because they they miss the obvious whilst looking for miracles. Look at the sermens of Benny Hinn for example
