Good Word! Thank you. Recently my husband and I "fasted" from TV during the week. It was amazing on quiet and weird it felt at first. We also felt ourselves becoming sleep just past 9 o'clock! I think the noise drowns out so much.

But I do agree that we sometimes want to get in the noise in order to reach those that need peace.
