Are the Abercrombie and Fitch 'poster ads' in the store obscene? Are they inappropriate for younger eyes? What is obscene for today's culture? I like a comparison to Joe Camel in this argument. If we admit that these teens are overly hormonal, and we add obscene pictures to their shopping experience, aren't we leading them into an addictive behavior? I'm not a prude here, my daughters do shop at Abercrombie - on occassion. But I'm offended every time I walk into that store. Yes, I don't have to go in, but with minor children who desire a few of the clothing items, I must. We'll get it rolling tonight at 5PM on the show.

DNC’S HOWARD DEAN WORRIED ABOUT FIGHT AT CONVENTION Saying “The idea that we can afford to have a big fight at the convention and then win the race in the next eight weeks, I think, is not a good scenario.”  He continued, “I think we will have a nominee sometime in the middle of March or April. MORE STATES GOING AFTER CYBER BULLIES From the story:  A least seven states, including Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey and Oregon, passed cyberbullying laws in 2007. Five more — Maryland, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont — are considering similar legislation this year.  USA Today We've talked about this on the show. I fully support any legislation that makes this a crime with a consequence driven punishment. I have mercy and grace, but this is a child killer - mean spirited and evil.
