As part of a contest to rid the US of  the "worst unionized teacher in America.” This will be insultng and in the end it will not produce the results desired. Yes, we have bad teachers who need to be removed by the system, not by contests that produce nothing but media attention. USA Today 

SCHOOL SUED FOR PUNISHING STUDENT WITH IMAGE OF GUN ON SHIRT...

The school attorney insisted “There's a much higher level of sensitivity these days. But it's based on reality.” There is a dress code, and if 'guns' are listed as a violation against the code then we'll have to support the school. I couldn't wear certain t-shirts and designs when I was in school - same goes here. Again, this rule is a 'dress code violation', it is not a rule that will help stop gun violence in the end. AP 

MINNEAPOLIS DEMOCRAT LOOKS AT OUTLAWING FRAGRANCE AT SCHOOLS...

Because, according to the story, the smells “aggravate classmates with asthma and other health problems.” I've had to work along someone who would 'dump' on the perfume, it was very distracting. Yet, we might need to find a happy medium here...there are some students who need to wear something so to cover up the body odor. FOX News 

AFA DROPS ITS BOYCOTT OF FORD...

Explaining “The conditions of the original agreement presented in fall 2005 have been met.” Really? Ford has dropped its health care coverage for homosexuals? Ford has refused to spend marketing money inside of homosexual magazines? I thought the AFA wanted these two measures to be removed? I'll research more and we'll talk about this issue later this week. Might be interesting to ask if this boycott has reduced the slide toward a more embracing culture toward homsexuality. AFA
