Praise God: A Politician Finally Said Something Real About Racism

There is one thing that is being overlooked in all the discussions I hear. Pulpits in a Christian church in this day and time, and with all that is happening around the world,should be preaching the gospel! I know of no other message that the world needs so deaperately today. Nor another message that will bring Christians of all colors together. If the message of Christ's redeeming death on the cross fails, then what other message will work? Maybe I'm just too old fashioned. Paul said his message would only be,"Jesus Christ, and Him crucified". Martin Lloyd Jones said one time, that to go and preach this message to people with all the problems they are experiencing was looked upon as not relevant.He disagreed. So do I. Paul also said, "woe be to me if I preach not the gospel". We don't need hate speech today, we need the gospel. Then again I might be just out of date!
