Throckmorton fails to mention that the removal of these links was his handiwork, gained by leveraging his reputation (which was earned as an opponent of homosexuality) to convince these organization that they would be associated with quackery. But somewhere along the line Warren Throckmorton stopped being an opponent of homosexuality and became a defender of the "gay" movement.
