Thank you for being willing to state the truth about
what is happening to today's Christian men.
I wanted to share with you what's going on in my life.
I have recently joined up with a new ministry. I
would describe the leader as a Christian nice guy.
At first, I was impressed by his "niceness", until
I found out that he was unable to manage his
children and lead them into better decision making.
Also, I found out that he wasn't a very good
ministry leader as a result either. He has a tough
time just making decisions and sticking with them.
He also has a hard time making commitments and stick
with them either. It's hard to follow someone like
that and be effective. I certainly have my faults as
well, but I am willing to admit them and deal with
them straight up. I have tried to confront him on
these issues. But instead of just addressing the
issues, he usually just give excuses.
become confident men who are humble in Christ. We
need to be open to wise counsel

All I can say is AMEM brother. Society has been trying (with great success) is to blur the lines in refference to the God given roles of man and women. Whay has become of this is a "cultural castration" of men. We as men need to reassume the RESPONSIBILITY leadership in our homes and in our society. We need to step up to the plate, and run to the battle line. We need to be the examples of honor, integrity, godliness in our homes. That is what God tells us through Paul as written in 1 Corithians 16:13, 14, "Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love."

Here we go again, people telling me how to act. I just can’t be me – sometimes needing a mother/mistress wife; other times desiring to be the priest/protector saviour of my wife. Now I gotta watch that I’m not too sensitive. So watch out, I’m getting my old bulldozer fired up. (Now if I can only find the diesel fuel!) Love me like I am, but love me enough to confront me when I’m being overtly or covertly offensive to you – too passive or too aggressive.
