I'm sorry that you've had to deal with moms who are overprotective and angry. As a mom, I try to treat everyone with kindness and respect, to be an example to my children. Children learn what they see, it's true.
I'm concerned though, with your anger and judgmental attitude here. As one of our leaders, I hope you'll consider loving these women and not just criticizing them. It's what Christ would do. He'd ask them why they acted that way, maybe rebuke where necessary, and then he'd love them. Can we see that last part in action from you?
