I think Bob is an absolute moron. How is willful insubordination over superstitious malicious fiction a defensible position?

First, I have no idea how 'John' could ever claim to be a legitimate science educator.

Second, religious fiction has no place in the scientific area and certainly not in a public school.

Lastly, John-boy was fully aware that his personal (unsubstantiated) religious materials were not deemed acceptable for the classroom by his superiors. He chose to 'draw a line in the sand'.

So, regarding his legal expenses... he shoulda aughta known better. Serves him right.
