New Netflix Documentary Highlights Ivory Trade

With so much happening in the world today, it’s easy for something as terrible as elephant poaching to go unnoticed. Elephants are widely recognized as one of our world’s most endangered species. Their ivory tusks are highly prized in the international black market, and as a result, these creatures have been hunted almost to extinction. To help combat this epidemic, Netflix is releasing a new documentary called The Ivory Game, which will examine how the illegal ivory trade is fueling international crime. Executively produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, The Ivory Game hopes to give elephants a fighting chance by inspiring viewers to take action.
