Hello everyone and welcome back! If you follow this blog, then you know I write about the topics of life, work, and faith. This summer, I took a blogging break to pray about and fine tune the direction of this blog. Here’s what’s new for the fall:

From speaking and writing, to conducting life-work workshops for women, to one-on-one work, what I love to do (and have always done) falls under one heading: coaching. A coach walks alongside another person, and helps them uncover strengths and skills that can bring out their best.

So starting this fall, I have a new blog name, header, and theme: Coaching With Dr. Ann. (New blog design to follow later in the spring!) I’ll cover the same topics of life and work as before, but now I’ll emphasize practical take-home skills, similar to what you would find in the coaching setting.
