We will not forget to pray for you now. And a get-well-soon to Everett Van Reken. Hearty congratulations to Steve Pederson and the congregation of Zion Church in Sheboygan, WI who left the United Church of Christ and voted overwhelmingly to join the Evangelical Covenant Church. And a high five to Don Lough, Jr. who has just been named the new Director of Word of Life in Schroon Lake, NY. God bless Joe Sullivan who heads a very effective ministry to Chinese students at Penn State University. Thanks to Greg Chadaranek, Oak Park Christian Academy now has a band. Way to go!

And a day-early salute to the pastors and elders and to the congregation of Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park for retiring the Legacy Campaign debt in only three years. Tomorrow is a much-deserved day of celebration.
