12:18pm EST HADITHA:Even though the ever increasingly repugnant John Murtha continues to act like a circus barker, even though he has shot off long and loud about what happened on a day when the hell of war broke out via a roadside IED in the most violent area of Iraq, we still do not know all the facts. And I for one am not willing to throw the Marines, who are the finest trained defenders we have, overboard - simply because one inane Congressman seeks greater political power.

In light of Memorial Day, and the ever eager Congressman Murtha to smear our serving men and women I feel like its more than appropriate to highlight a story of sheer bravery, it features the story of the 173rd Airborne from November 8, 1965 - when the entire unit was attacked by 1200 Viet Cong.
