The results of the survey showed:

• 56 percent of college students will not accept a job from a company that bans social media, or they will circumvent the policy.
• One of three college students prioritize social media freedom, device flexibliity, and mobility over salary.
• Four of five college students want to choose the mobile device for their jobs.
• 68 percent of employees and 71 percent of college students believe corporate devices should also be used for social media and personal use.
• 50 percent of college students and young employees said they would rather lose their wallet or purse than a smart phone or mobile device.
• Three of five college students think they have a right to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
