I Thessalonians 5:17-18
give thanks in all circumstances,
for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
This is my last day putting you on public display. I'm handing off the baton to Alek tomorrow. But I will continue to pray for you daily. On the way to church this morning, God told me to thank Him today instead of asking Him for something. So I'm going to be grateful for all the blessings He's already put in your life--the ones we've seen, the ones we've missed, and the ones yet to come.
Lord, You have given us so many things. Kyle's life being the most important gift. And if that's the only gift I get, it's enough. You have also touched Kyle's heart and spoken to him in a way that has built a bond between you. I am so grateful for His relationship with You. Thank you for getting him into ORU, for providing the scholarship money, and the motivation for him to jump the nest and move forward. Thank you for each of the people that have touched his life these last eighteen years. And thank you for protecting him and keeping him safe, body and heart, when I cannot. For that alone, I love You.
Who are you praying for today?
