Evangelist Anne Graham Lotz Warns of Dark Times and Disunity: 'It's Time to Humble Ourselves and Pray'

Evangelist Anne Graham Lotz has called on Christians to pray for America during this time of division and darkness.

In a recent Facebook post, Lotz, the founder of AnGeL Ministries and daughter of the Rev. Billy Graham, warned that America is “seriously divided” and people need to join together in prayer.

"The atmosphere in our world is explosive. Toxic. Dark. Dangerous to the extreme. And at this very moment when our nation should be standing together against wickedness and lawlessness, we are seriously divided," Lotz wrote on Thursday, as reported by The Christian Post.

"It's time to 'inquire of the Lord.' Now! It's time to humble ourselves and pray and seek God's face and turn from our wicked ways, so He will hear from heaven and forgive our sin and heal our land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)," she continued.

Lotz also provided a link to her website and invited followers to post their prayers.

"My purpose is to encourage you and myself to remain faithful, focused, and fired-up in prayer during these dangerous, dark, and divided days. Then remain attentive to what God may say to us in reply," she wrote.

Lotz’s brother, the Rev. Franklin Graham, also recently noted the division in America today and called for greater unity in an invocation he gave before President Trump’s rally in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday.
