During the third and final presidential debate Wednesday, Hillary Clinton maintained that she would support Planned Parenthood and uphold Roe v. Wade if elected president.

Clinton also defended her belief in late term, partial birth abortion.

“The kinds of cases that fall at the end the end pregnancy are often the most heartbreaking, painful decisions for families to make,” she said. “I have met with women who toward the end of pregnancy get the worst news one could get that their health is in jeopardy if they continue to carry to term or that something terrible has happened or been discovered about the pregnancy.

“I do not think the United States government should be stepping in making those most personal of decisions,” she added. “So we can regulate if we are doing so with the life and health of the mother taken into account.”

Donald Trump, however, said that such a view was “not OK.”

“Now, you can say that that's OK and Hillary can say that that's OK. But it's not OK with me, because based on what she's saying, and based on where she's going, and where she's been, you can take the baby and rip the baby out of the womb in the ninth month on the final day. And that's not acceptable,” he said.

Clinton said that “is not what happens in these kind of cases” and called Trump’s language “scare rhetoric.”

“This is one of the worst possible choices any woman and her family has to make,” she said.

Another highlight of the night came when Trump suggested that he would not commit to conceding the election if he loses.

“I will keep you in suspense,” he said. He has recently said the election could be rigged in Clinton’s favor.

Clinton called his response to the question about not conceding to a loss “horrifying.”
