Rumors are circulating that Tim Tebow, although being cut from the Philadelphia Eagles and returning to ESPN as an analyst, may be returning to the football field.

Tebow is known for being outspoken about his Christian faith. He has many supporters and fans who applaud both his playing ability and his commitment to the Lord.

Tebow was recently cut from the Philadelphia Eagles as he competed to be the team’s third string quarterback. Eagles coach Chip Kelly said that although Tebow had improved his playing ability, he still needed more practice time before he was ready to play the game.

Although Tebow appeared to leave the game of football when he returned to ESPN as an analyst on “SEC Nation,” recent rumors suggest that he may return to the field as either a Chicago Bear or a Dallas Cowboy.

Tebow is currently a free agent.

The Chicago Bears star quarterback, Jay Cutler, was recently injured and will be out of the game for an unspecified amount of time. Since Tebow has been coached under Bears’ coaching before, rumors have suggested Tebow may replace Cutler.

It has also been speculated that Tebow could join the Dallas Cowboys. The Christian Post reports that the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, mentioned Tebow joining the team to Cowboys’ owner, Jerry Jones, over Twitter.
