I respect and admire people who are willing to be so honest about what is really happening in Hollywood and being upfront about how awful it has become. I cringe when I read about Karen Covell and the HPN who try to appease both sides by saying it is okay to spend our money to support the industry and long as we PRAY for them. There is nothing Christian about this type of attitude. It is simply self serving.

It would be advisable that the author of this book, point out (I believe he may have done in a previous book) in future articles that the Lord is doing something wonderful in hollywood despite what has happened in the entertainment industry. There many growing production companies (e.g. Metanoia Films, Bristol Bay Productions and many more)who are deciding that what they will produce will be godly, wholesome and life building in their content while being really entertaining - fast food for the eyes & mind. Many of these people were once on the side of pervasive, corrupt thinking and art but now have reformed their ways thanks to people who were in their life based in hollywood. The Lord is doing something and really He is not angry with man because Jesus Christ has paid the price of sin once and for all. Truly speaking a man/woman that does not know Christ Jesus is not indebted to do right or godly things whether we like it or not (please check Romans 6). It is up to us to change that.

It is a very challenging and interesting article but it will not totally eradicate the appetite created by today's hollywood entertainment without we believers catering to provide a much better alternative and a better way. Also it is all well and good that people come out for an altar call but if it is not followed up by consistency in righteous living in any Church, we will fall back into the sin that so easily besets us. I am very happy that the article and the books are being made and that this is another foot in the right direction but change will only come when we are truly seeking after God above all else and it does take some time to happen. I believe that what more than anything else that should be encouraged is for believers to follow the Lord day and night everyday and it will be much easier to drop or grow out of these sinful habits and appetites. Many of our leaders in the Body of Christ maybe tired of just fighting but it is time we prayed for renewed strength and fire.

AMEN!!! Thank you so much for being faithful and writing this book. It is long overdue that Christians in America STOP our hypocrisy, STOP feeding the Hollywood demons with our finances, and START getting serious about what we believe and taking a stand against this spiritual enemy!

Excellent work!

God Bless you guys...
