It would be interesting if the church at large could grasp #6, the sharing of leadership. There are many pastors and priests out there that try to hold that power. Yet, the new testament calls us all priests and only mentions pasturing as a gifting not a church leaders postion. Those churches were run by a Gov't of men or leaders, elders. Sharing the power given by Christ to the church. How far we have come from this. Much love in Christ to all!!!
