Jesus Saves LIVE
Style: Epic live worship; compare to Paul Baloche, Tommy Walker, and Michael W. Smith Top tracks: "Our God Saves," "Jesus Saves," "In Christ Alone"

In a nutshell: For the last couple of years, worship leader Travis Cottrell has been dabbling with artist-driven solo projects, a justified tangent considering his impressive singing voice and imposing stage presence. But though his concert performances are spot-on, the illustrious governor of song was born to lead. A true facilitator of worship, Cottrell effortlessly ushers 7,000-plus congregants into an evening of Spirit-filled praise here, keeping focus on God while maintaining artistic integrity. Cottrell's name may be branded all over this CD, but his ego is not. He is a true minister of music and class act.
