Nominations for 43rd Grammy Awards Announced
Grammy nominations have been announced. The winners of the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards will be announced on Feb. 21 on CBS. Here is a list of nominees in the Christian and Gospel categories. The nominating committee actually did a very nice job picking the best this year, although I have to wonder how Petra showed up again in the Rock category. Double Take, in my opinion, is not Grammy-nomination material. It's awesome to see Jennifer Knapp get her first Grammy nod, and hats off to Third Day for getting a nod for their worship album, Offerings. Another interesting tidbit is seeing BeBe Winans up against his sister, CeCe Winans, in the Best Contemporary Gospel Category.
