Fritzpw_Host says, "We have a great event planned tonight with Jeff and Peter of the Newsboys."

Fritzpw_Host says, "And now for the Nnnnnnneeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwssssssssssbbbbbbbbbboooooooyyyyyyyyssssssss!" Please welcome Jeff from the Newsboys

TheNewsboys say, "Jeff here from the Newsboys."

Fritzpw_Host says, "The question was asked what do you like to do for fun?"

TheNewsboys say, "The dirt bike thing. Dirt biking is one of the best things we do for fun. We're on tour right now and we carry our bikes with us. We'll be in Arizona planning a big ride across the desert next week. If you see a big flock of orange bikes... it's probably the Newsboys. It would be hard to put my finger on one exact thing..."

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #51 from Sweet_angel7:
What is an experience you will never forget?

TheNewsboys say, "There are things you can take from everyday experiences."

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #63 from farquar.muckenfuss:
Jeff- what type keyboards do you play?

TheNewsboys say, "There are two keyboards up there on this tour... and the one on the bottom is a late 70's Roland vocoder... used for all the vocal effects I use during the show."

Fritzpw_Host says, "If you're not a Sound & Spirit Member... JOIN THE CLUB! Get 12 CDs For the Price Of 1! Nothing More To Buy Ever! Go to http://www.sound-and-spirit.com."

Clare_host says, "Who are your role models?"

TheNewsboys say, "For each guy it's a different person. But for me, I'd say my grandfather and my father. My grandfather was very instrumental in giving me a love for music."

Clare_host says, "When did you start playing?"

TheNewsboys say, "I don't sing... I play, but I started playing at a very young age... I think it was when I was five. Actually, I hated piano lessons 'cause it was the nerdy thing to do... but it paid off in the end."

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #141 from AAK:
Who are your favorite Christian artists?

TheNewsboys say, "There are a lot of bands that we've toured with that have become good friends of ours such as Plankeye, Supertones, and others that we grew up with... like Keith Green, he's one of our favorites... also, early U2."

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #29 from Katie963:

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #15 from Katie963:
What are your favorite Bible characters?

TheNewsboys say, "I'd have to say David... when you take a long look at David's life... he struggled with a lot of things. He wasn't perfect and he struggled like we all struggle, but he had a heart for God and in the end, God called him a man after God's own heart and I think that's what God wants from all of us... that we give Him our hearts..."

Clare_host presents the speaker with question #73 from LC4fun:
Have you written any new songs while on the LoveLibertyDisco tour?

What happens if four of you like a song but one doesn't?

Peter and Jeff, Tell me about your Teen Mania trips

TheNewsboys say, "They really made us think. Here we are in America, the richest nation in the world... we're in a rock band where people are wondering if Evian water is okay in our dressing room and here are people who don't have any water at all... it puts everything in perspective: how there's so much more to life than being in a band or being an entertainer. There are other things than count a lot more."
