We all know instinctively that God hears us when we pray. But, have you ever wondered how He listens to everyone at the same time, much less, considers and answers each person? To us, that seems impossible.

My friend, it is always “present” to God, and because of that fact, He has all eternity in which to listen to the prayer you just prayed, He is able to give the same kind of attention to every single prayer and every single person.

Let me see if I can explain it a little better. Everyone who believes in God believes that He knows what you and I will do tomorrow.  But, since God is outside what we call time and is not hindered or controlled by time, what we call ‘tomorrow’ is visible to Him just the same way as what we call “today” is.

All the days are ‘NOW’ for God.  He does not remember you doing things yesterday. He simply “SEES” you doing them because though you’ve lost yesterday He has not.  He does not “FORESEE” you doing things tomorrow; He simply “SEES” you doing them because, though tomorrow is not yet there for you, it is for Him.

The Bible says in Isaiah 55:8-9- “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.  “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

My friend, you can rest assured that the God who created everything, and who is holding  everything together is always on time when it comes to everything about you and me.  What a wonderful truth.  Our God is always an on time God!
