MIRACLES

Read: Psalm 77

Key Verse: “I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember Your miracles of long ago.” - Psalm 77:11

How many of God’s miracles could you describe? How much time do you spend recalling the works of God? What have been some of the times in your life when you have experienced God’s hand working on your behalf? Do you write them down or do you tell the stories very often?

One way to escape from a spiritual rut is to begin to remember the awesome deeds of the Lord. One of the ways to enter into a spiritual rut is to forget the past miracles God has performed. Spiritual amnesia is optional. You can celebrate God’s victories or you can ignore them. Asaph’s faith is bolstered and hope is renewed because of what He chooses to think about; the same can be true for you today.
