GOD OF THE LIVING

“He is not the God of the dead

but of the living.”

Matthew 22:32

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, all of the “great” people you’ve read about in the past, those who had large followings, have one thing in common: They’re all dead. Not one of them can claim to be God of the living as I do. When My followers die, it is only a step across heaven’s threshold, like going from one room in your house to another. Only this house will be like none you have ever seen. I’m excited just thinking about all I’ve planned for you.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, I’m waiting for the day the clouds will part, opening up the heavens to announce Your second arrival. Whether from the grave, or from my home, I’ll listen for Your “Arise!” You are God of the living, Lord. And I’ll be part of the greater resurrection. What an exciting event!

SIMPLE TRUTH

You will not find Jesus in a garden where a soldier stands guard. Instead, you will find Jesus waiting at the entrance of your heart.
