As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.Colossians 2:6
Did you know that God wants you to live an exciting life? Jesus came that we might have an abundant life, not a boring one (Jn. 10:10). But how do you tap into the abundant life God has for you? What a great question!!!
IT'S A WALK OF FAITH
The Bible teaches that we are saved by faith in the Lord Jesus, by trusting Him and what He did for us on the cross. But just as we are saved by faith, we are to live each day by faith in the Son of God who loved you and me and delivered Himself up for you and me (Gal. 2:20). When we walk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7), life gets unpredictable and exciting.
Don't you think it is time for you to walk by faith and not by sight? Don't you think it is time for you to move from Ur, to get out of the boat, to face that giant, to speak a word for Christ to that friend at school or at work? Helen Keller once said, "Life is either a daring adventure, or it is nothing." What is life for you right now?
No matter your age or situation, God is the God of the miraculous and the exciting. He wants you to start taking "hold of that which is life indeed" (1 Tim. 6:19). Will you take hold of it? Will you reach out your hand of faith and cling to the promises of God? Will you get out of the boat and start walking on the water? He is calling you. What is your answer to Him?
