Innovative Business Training

Years ago I dined with an older man in Georgia who was training many employees of Fortune 500 companies by using the Ten Commandments. He was successful breaking into these large organizations even though he was overt about his teaching curriculum!

Today, many human resource departments seem to think that using the Bible in the workplace must surely be illegal. Not only is it legal, but it’s foolish to ignore the wisdom of the best-selling book of all time!

The Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 3, “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.”

Does your workplace ever use the wisdom of the Bible for training?
