My daughter, Megan, had an unfortunate accident that totaled her car, and, a few weeks later, a close call that further shattered her confidence. She doubted her driving skills.
On New Year's Eve, Megan's planned transportation fell through leaving her and her college roommate with a dilemma. My wife, Kathy, wisely stepped in and encouraged Megan to drive our car. Kathy knew Megan needed to get back behind the wheel. We sent her off with a prayer and our encouragement.
In Joshua 1:9 God provided Joshua courage when He said, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
If you see someone at work struggling with a lack of confidence, try giving them some of yours.
