Regulations, legalism and manmade rules are just a few of the names for what Paul warns us against in Colossians 2:16-23. Our salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ--period. Nothing additional required. 

In Galatians 2:16 Paul states, "yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ . . . because by works of the law no one will be justified." 

So what did Colossians 2:16-23 show you about making judgment calls with regard to another person's salvation? What caution about legalism can we see from is verse 23? Tami
