If you want to develop an overcoming faith, it’s important to remember what God says in 1 John 5:4, “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.”
Moses was a man of great faith. And one of the things that made his faith strongest was his willingness to make a break with the world…an example each of us should follow today.

This is the same trick the devil tries to play on you and me today. He wants us to play the religious game…to look godly, but to really deny the power of God. To not really trust in Him.
You and I must learn to separate ourselves from the world…and to overcome the world through our trust in God and His Word. Only then will we develop a faith that will help us weather any storm we face.
