Isaiah 41:27-28

Formerly I said to Zion, "Behold, here they are", and to Jerusalem, "I will give a messenger of good news". But when I look, there is no one, and there is no counselor among them who, if I ask, can give an answer.

God is looking for people who will speak for Him!

When God decides that He will bring His good news to people, He looks for a messenger, someone who will speak to people on His behalf. He places that messenger with the people He wants to reach. When the messenger speaks the good news, God also speaks through that messenger, anointing what they have to say with His conviction so that the person listening has a sense in their hearts that this is God speaking to them through this person.

God wants you to know today that you are His messenger, sent into the lives of the people you will touch today, to share God with them. Don't worry about having some special message memorized to recite to people. Just share in everyday conversation what the Lord means to you and ask the Lord to take the conversation where He wants it to go.

Then, when God opens up that conversation so that you can share the good news of how to find forgiveness through Christ, don't be afraid. Take the leap, believing God will speak through you into that person's heart.
