Isaiah 26:3-4

The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, for in GOD the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock.

God will give your life restful wholeness when you trust completely in Him!

Don’t trust in the Lord for no reason; don’t blindly trust in Him. No, trust in the Lord because “in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock!”  He is dependable because of who He is. His unchangeability, His power, His nature make Him a Rock that cannot be moved. His love for you demonstrated and sealed at the cross of Jesus Christ makes Him someone you can trust.

So keep your mind, your whole inner life, steadfastly focused on the Lord. That is God’s message to you through this passage: `You can trust in Me, and if you do, I will give you a sense of rightness and wholeness and rest about your life’.

Don’t be anxious today. Don’t worry about the issues facing you in life. If you will take those issues to the Lord and say to Him, `I trust You, and whatever You lead me to do in this situation, I will do’. Then God takes responsibility for your circumstances.

Whatever the outcome God chooses to bring, you will find that your heart is resting in Him. You are always safe and secure in the everlasting Rock.
