Warrior Mom Wisdom Devotional

GOD IS LIKE A WIND; HE KNOWS NO BOUNDS

Jn 3:5Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.

Jn 3:6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

Jn 3:7You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’

Jn 3:8The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

God can touch us gently like the way a gentle breeze ruffles a leaf, beckoning our conscience to line up with His. He can also be like an unstoppable wind, breaking down fortified buildings of self and world deception that have rigidly been built up within us. He’s as gentle as a breeze and as powerful as the mightiest wind-storm. He’s actually gentler and more powerful than these examples, but one thing is for sure: He knows no bounds.

Today, I encourage you to say aloud, “My God knows no bounds. He knows no bounds.”
