I agree that undealt with issues in our marriage causes damage. In a second marriage I brought baggage and before I came to know the Lord continued to make more baggage. It is amazing how the Lord can show you the things that you need to deal with. Some of it can be as simple as not knowing there are different kinds of love that we feel. If we love our husband with the love we have for our brother, it can confuse us. Not understanding that being a woman is a good thing. So many of these things came up in my life, God has taken me through alot of it, but I know there is more to deal with. I am thankful that I understand the Love of the Father and that He will never leave me or forsake me. The day I understood in my spirit that Jesus loved me, changed everything for me. I have never known that kind of love.
