Submitting Your Married Life to the Lord's Timetable

I think that submitting your marriage to The Lord's TImetable was a well written article. I believe that we tend to leave God out of our decision making, when he should be the center of our decision making, not just big purchases like car or house, but in our everyday lives there should be time for Him and we should ask him to show us the way. This article has prompted me to take a look and readdress some issues that are coming before me and my family.

Submitting your married life to the Lord's timetable includes submitting to God's timing in allowing you to conceive. It does not include using man's devices, i.e. birth control, to time it according to your timetable. Forgive me if I am stepping on your toes but too many young Christians today think they have the ultimate right to say when, how many or even if they have children. This is a worldly idea and God's word has always taught us that children are a blessing from God and He opens and closes the womb. Imagine a world where every Bible-believing Christian family had 5, 6 or even more children. In just a few generations, we would be in the majority in this country.
