It may help while the spouse is taking time to tend to their interests, to find one's separate interests, such as
reading, baking, sports, or other hobbies, then when the couple is together, their time becomes quality time, thus
easing tensions, between the couple, thus improving their
relationship with each other, and with God, our Heavenly
Father, through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
