The "Shrek" movies are definitely not my number one choice of a movie to watch. They are full of dirty comments, and just not right.

I think the reviewer over did it on this one. I do not normally watch comedies, let alone cartoons, but the previews of these Shrek movies didn't attract me at all - not even this third one. The reviewer at my local paper, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, hit the nail on the head with " WAKE ME WHEN IT'S OGRE!Tired jokes, tired sidekicks - this 'Shrek's' a mess." He goes on to say, "Surely, at one point in the process, someone could have looked at the script and noticed it wasn't funny. ...Nothing, hoever, can exuse all the baby vomit jokes, baby excrement jokes, and, it goes without saying, baby flatulence jokes." Surely no one in their right minds pays good money to see this trash? Those kind of folks laugh when people fall down, I guess. Don't waste the money.
